Well, 2009 is creeping up on us, so its time for resolutions! I came pretty close to actually doing mine this year which was to open all upcoming sites - there’s still 2 pending - so not quite yet. LOL My resolution for 2009 is actually one that I started for myself in like November… I decided to be more confident. It might sound simple to some people, but for me, its totally horrifying! I hate the thought of anyone looking at my photography, I cannot stand talking in front of a few people - much less public speaking, and crap - I can’t even think about going to a party without feeling like I need to have an anxiety attack. So yeah, I need to start walking into a room like I don’t give a shit about what people are thinking. We’ll see how that goes.

I have the funniest story to tell about tonight. So my mom and I took the kids to see the light parade at Griffith Park… It was all fun and whatever and we decided to stop at a Red Robin (restaurant) to eat dinner. So there is six of us and we all ordered drinks - two kids had fruit punch, two kids had Sprite, I had a fruit punch and my mom had a Coke… We needed refills so we ask this waiter who was walking by for refills. THIS is the funny part… He goes “Sure, one second”… He talks to ANOTHER waiter and comes back to our table and goes “what did you guys have?” I proceeded to tell him (2 kids Sprite’s, 2 kids fruit punch, 1 regular fruit punch and 1 Coke) - and he replies “Ok, Hold on”. So dude comes back… WITH A NOTEPAD! LOL He then asks me again for what we were drinking and I started to tell him again… As he is “writing” our drinks, he goes “Wait, what was that?”… Seriously!!! *falls over* By this time, the kids are cracking up and I’m trying my hardest to not call this dude a dork and start laughing at him…. I repeat what we had again and he finally says “Alright”. He walks away and one of the kids goes “Man, that guy was a retard”…. *falls off chair* The waiter dude comes back to our table, with only 2 drinks, the 2 Sprite’s… So we’re all like “Ok…” LOL Like 2 minutes later he comes with 3 fruit punches and STILL no Coke for my mom. So we’re thinking maybe he like had no room and was coming back - but nope… We had to find another waiter and he had to find another waiter and like after 4 minutes my mom got her soda. In the meantime, our whole table was busting up laughing because the whole situation was totally hysterical. I think that we encountered the most ditzy dude ever.

Almost a month without a post? That’s insane…. 
Let’s get the plugging out there, I re-did my collective page and its the last time I am doing it. I am not going to be doing any new sites or closing anymore… I decided to close a few (I’m keeping Sir just because I feel like I have to… LOL) and it was hard for me to do that. Whatever. lol
Now life… Where to start? 
Well… My second job laid me off because of the economy - they claim to have lost over $100,000 in November. So all the seasonal peeps got the axe. It sucks because I was hoping to pay off the cards that I used to buy Christmas presents with the paycheck from this job. eh… Work at my main job is alright, I’m still there, so that’s a big plus.
Totally weird stuff happened last week and now my mom and I are raising 4 of my second cousins for like 2 months. Their dumb-ass mom decided to try to kill herself in front of them over the remote control to the television… I mean, seriously? This bitch is a lazy whore, I hate her. 
She shouldn’t of had six kids, everyone told her that. What a bitch… Anyway. My mom and I had to take a trip on Friday, after we found out on Thursday, to get the kids and then we had to go back home the very next day. Just to get train tickets up to Suck-town it cost me $500. That isn’t including the cab, hotel room, and food that I had to get while there. I mean, their grandmother lives in the apartment beneath them and she couldn’t take of care them because she’s “sick” - “sick” with what? bronchitis! In the meantime, MY MOM is in kidney failure with only 30% of her kidneys functioning and she offered to take the kids, and she’s only related because my dad is the kids’ grandmother’s brother! We didn’t have to take the kids, but they were going to separate them in three different counties - which is totally lame. What else is lame is that we’re totally financing these kids ourselves, so we’re flat ass broke again. 
I keep telling myself that we’re doing this to help the kids, but its hard to see my money slipping away.
Oh, and then Tuesdat… Guess what my mom did while I was at work? She fell - NOT good - and broke her right foot! 
She has bad feet and leg problems anyway, but now its super worse.
There is like 9 days left of 2008 and I want them to go away NOW! If 2009 is not better, then someone run me over.

*sarcasm* I guess too many people were using heaters? ugh… Anyway, we’re here, powerless and I’m sure all the groceries I just spent over $200 on will now spoil. Isn’t that fun?!
